On January 18-19, 2024, a working meeting was held on the digitalization of the certification process for mine action operators. The event was moderated by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Experts from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Certification Centers, the NGO “Ukrainian Deminers Association” and our company “Patron Demining” as a mine action operator participated in 3 working groups.
The purpose of this meeting was to create:
- a model and algorithm for a new comprehensive electronic public service for the certification of mine action operators and mine action processes;
- draft Procedure for the provision of such a comprehensive electronic public service.
It was two intense working days where we managed to solve this difficult task through brainstorming and teamwork. Soon, a new electronic service, eRozminuvannya (eDemining), will be available on the DIYA portal, which will make the certification procedure for mine action operators more convenient and simplified.
