On January 11, 2024, an agricultural field of Makariv community of Bucha district, Kyiv region, with an area of more than 53 hectares, was handed over to the Makariv community.
The event was attended by: Anatolii Karbovskyi, Deputy Head of the village council for executive authorities, representatives of “Patron Demining” LLC, a representative of “Agrofirma Kyivska” LLC, and representatives of the NGO “Ukrainian Deminers Association”.
The work was carried out within the framework of the Ukrainian Deminers Association’s project “Ukrainian Response and Assistance to Humanitarian Mine Action”, funded by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
The contract is 100% fulfilled.
We are not stopping there. According to the signed memorandum, we continue to cooperate with the Makariv community on demining/clearing the territories of mines and explosive remnants of war.
